PAPER and POSTER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Authors who are interested in the above topics can submit their unpublished
work to SNPD 2025-Summer conference via
https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=snpd2025summeriv. A clear
indication of the motivation and comparison with prior related work should
be presented. Simultaneous submission to a journal or another conference is
not allowed.
Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Papers must be formatted using an IEEE template file from
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html without altering
margins or the font point.
• The maximum length is 8 pages for a regular paper and 4 pages for a short
paper (including references).
• Proofs omitted due to space constraints must be placed in an appendix to
be read by the program committee members at their discretion.
Poster paper: Poster papers should be up to 2 pages in length (+
references).
Posters offer authors the opportunity to present early results and new
ideas on cutting-edge and experimental research. Authors should highlight
leading ideas of the ongoing research and its expected outcome and impact.
Poster papers should present a summary of the research work and ideas that
will be presented during the poster session.
Poster presentation: A0 dimension (84.1 x 118.9 cm, or 33.1 x 46.8 inches),
vertically oriented.
Accepted posters must be presented at the conference and at least one
author for each poster must be registered for the conference.
All the paper and poster submissions will be peer-reviewed based on
technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity.
PUBLICATION:
SNPD 2025-Summer Proceedings will be published by IEEE Conference
Publishing Services and will be submitted to be indexed by EI, INSPEC, and
DBLP
